Virtual Enterprise students

The Virtual Enterprise (VE) students of Comsewogue High School showcased their business and entrepreneurial skills at an in-person trade show hosted by Long Island University on January 10th. The event proved to be a wonderful opportunity for students to present their business plans, and connect with other VE firms from across Long Island. The four Virtual Enterprise firms – Gimme Golf, Pampered Paws, Premier Laws, and K.O Combat – delivered professional business plan presentations, impressing both peers and Virtual Enterprise Judges alike.

The trade show served as a platform for honing crucial skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork, and general business acumen. Each firm rose to the occasion, mastering the art of successful sales pitches and delivering compelling business plan presentations.

A special congratulations to K.O Combat for securing two gold awards for their exceptional company website and newsletter. Additionally, the firm received a silver award for their outstanding sales material pitch. Such accolades underscore the talent and creativity inherent in Comsewogue's business education program. We look forward to the continued success of all of Comsewogue’s business students!
